Mark Lee

Master and Commander - Mark Lee Journeyman plumber with 20 years experience, working with Carlson Mechanical since its beginning in the 1990's, and owner since 2005. He's passionate about hydronic heating, customer service and the Minnesota Vikings.

Tim Carlson

Tim Carlson, founder of Carlson Mechanical. A Journeyman plumber with over 35 years heating experience, he started the company to specialize in high quality boiler and hot-water heating. He now works at the company he started as a trouble-shooting and problem-solving savant.

Dennis Dietzel

Dennis is an excellent mechanic with over 25 years experience working with boilers, hot-water heating systems, swimming pools of all types and oil-fired equipment. He shines at customer service and has been an important part of Carlson Mechanical since 2007.

Riley Cartwright

Our 4th year apprentice and part of Carlson Mechanical since 2006. An impressive young mechanic with a bright future in the heating industry and here at Carlson Mechanical.
