More art than science, the correct replacement and repair of a steam boiler is a rare skill today. Installing new, modern steam boilers is a specialty of Carlson Mechanical. The boiler must be viewed as part of a system that also includes the radiators, air vents, and piping.
The craftsmen at Carlson Mechanical have the knowledge and skill to ensure a complete, properly working steam heat system.
We solicited and received 3 different proposals for replacing the heat system in our house. Carlson was able to propose an innovative and custom system that not only heated the house but also incorporated the existing pool and domestic hot water. The new heat system is quieter and has more even temperature control and reliability than the old system.

Over the years, Carlson Mechanical has worked with a variety of general contractors in the design and installation of whole home hot-water heating systems for custom-built homes. We think it speaks well that these same contractors keep coming back to us year after year.
Plumbing
Carlson Mechanical has journeyman plumbers who are licensed to handle gas piping repair and installation along with miscellaneous re-piping projects and installing water heaters.
