Meet The Carlson Mechanical Team:
Mark Lee-Master and Commander
Mark Lee, Journeyman plumber with 28 years of experience, has been working for Carlson Mechanical since its beginning in the 1990's and the owner since 2005. He's passionate about hydronic heating, customer service and the Minnesota Vikings.
Tim Carlson, founder of Carlson Mechanical. A Journeyman plumber with over 41 years heating experience, he started the company to specialize in high quality boiler and hot-water heating.
He now works at the company he started as a trouble-shooting and problem-solving savant.
Dennis is an excellent mechanic with over 31 years experience working with boilers, hot-water heating systems, swimming pools of all types and oil-fired equipment.
He shines at customer service and has been an important part of Carlson Mechanical since 2007.
Riley has been with Carlson Mechanical for over 9 years now. His talents as a mechanic include producing some of the most beautiful mechanical rooms in the Puget Sound.
His attention to detail will turn a Ho-Hum boiler room into a room which the homeowner will be proud. His high priority on customer service makes him very popular with customers.
Shirley is the ‘voice’ and office manager for Carlson Mechanical. She’ll listen to your needs and schedule service for repairs or maintenance on your boiler system.
Her years of experience in customer service will guarantee a pleasant experience all around. In short, she keeps the office running smoothly which benefits us and our customers.
James joined Carlson Mechanical in October of 2015. He is a state certified journeyman plumber with 21 years of plumbing experience under his belt.
With a "can do" attitude and strong emphasis on customer service, he fits right in with the rest of our staff. We’re happy to have him as a part of our team!
After getting his education at WASU, Arik decided to continue to learn all he can about the heating business. Having studied finance and business, he’s a perfect fit.
